Yes! The Station offers a shuttle service that runs to UB’s North and South Campus daily, as well as the Boulevard Mall, Target, and Walmart on the weekends.

To best provide our residents with a home away from home, each apartment is fully furnished with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, and full-sized washing machine and dryer.

Yes, we love our furry residents! We even have two dog parks for our residents to enjoy with their pups. Please contact the Station team to get your pet registered.

Each installment payment is due on the first (1st) day of each month. Payments submitted after 9 a.m. on the fifth (5th) day of the month are considered late. You can bring a check to the clubhouse or make a payment online using the resident portal.

Monthly installment payments include cable, high-speed internet, common area and bedroom furniture, smart TVs, pest control, trash, and access to all of our on-site amenities at The Station Buffalo.

Yes! At The Station, we know that having like-minded roommates is so important to the college experience. Every resident fills our a roommate matching survey during the application process to asses their living style, preferences, sleep schedule, hobbies, and other important details. This allows our management staff to hand pick the best roommates for you in your favorite floor plan. You’ll be given your roommate(s) contact information over the summer prior to move in so you have a chance to get to know one another!

The Station offers a wide variety of floor plan options, offering 2-4 bedroom apartments and cottages!

At The Station we offer to premium units, the Dove and the Daphne. In premium apartments, you’ll receive an upgraded furniture package that includes a 65-Inch TV (instead of 50-Inch TV) and pool table in the common area and 32-Inch TVs in each bedroom. Apartments are located in Building 1 and Building 2 and mid-rises. These are perfect for people who love the cozy feel of an apartment space with larger common areas and smaller bedrooms. Apartment floor plans are Birch, Cypress, Cedar, Daphne, Dogwood, and Dove. Cottages are spread out throughout the property and more similar to townhome style. Our housing contracts run from August-July. This timeframe allows students to move in prior to the start of the fall semester.
