Everything can be done from the comfort of your couch! Click here to Apply Now and select your floor plan. After you complete your application, your housing contract will be ready for you to sign online – once that is complete your spot is secured! Due to the high volume of applicants for The Station, we recommend applying as soon as possible.
There is a bus stop near our clubhouse, where the bus will take you to campus!
Our UB off campus community has a range of floor plans available, from two-bedroom apartments, all the way to four-bedroom cottages with a garage! Know that no matter the floor plan you choose, your apartment will have an all-inclusive furniture package, stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer, cable, and high-speed Internet!
If you’ve chosen your roommates, let us know on the application, and we’ll arrange for you to move in together. If you’re applying alone, we’ll notify you of your roommates via email and you’ll meet them on move-in day!
You’ll have the opportunity to meet other students every day while enjoying the amenities or attending our monthly resident events!
Yes! On-site parking is available for a $75 one-time fee. Parking spaces are located right outside the apartments and cottages for easy access. Contact us for more information about resident and guest parking.

Our apartments near UB are just a short bike right or walk from North Campus, so residents can to campus quickly.
